2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within India.
Orders placed from outside India will not be accepted or processed.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time is 4–10 business days, depending on the customer’s location and courier partner.

  • Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, logistics delays, or regional restrictions.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Shipping charges may vary based on location, order value, or product type.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once the order is shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation message/email with tracking details.

  • Tracking updates depend on the courier service and may take up to 24 hours to activate.

6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery is delayed, customers are advised to wait for the updated timeline provided by the courier partner.

  • In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address, unreachable customer, or refusal to accept the package, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at the time of placing the order.
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If a package is received in damaged condition, customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof.

  • Any claims for missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
